Guidelines for Poster Presenters

• Space will be available for displaying your poster on specific date & time and place.
• Wall space is available for you to mount the poster to the with pushpins,
• tape, Velcro.

• You may wish to purchase a carrying tune for carrying your poster.
• The size of the poster is 36" X 48" including project title, names of authors & institutions.
  
  

The following type of information i.e. normally included on a research poster:-

• Project title, Authors, Department, Institutions, address.
• Introduction.
• Objective.
• Methods.
• Results Graph, Tables, Images, Charts.
• Conclusion.
  
  Be sure your contact information is placed on your poster.
  Does your poster make a pleasing presentation from a distance?
  De prepared to answer question and discus ideas with the poster viewers & committee for selecting best paper.
  
  

Mandatory Registration and attendance:-

• Atleast one poster author must register and attend the conference in order to present a poster.
• Once accepted, cancellation is not allowed.
  
  

Posters Awards:-

• The best poster(s) will be awarded based on content and presentation style. Author of winning poster will be recognized at the conference.
